Do you engrave on metal?

Yes! With advanced fiber laser technology, we are able to provide highly detailed engravings with depth and clarity.

What plastics can you engrave?

We are able to cut and engrave acrylic, PLA (the most common 3D print material), and Polyurethane. Most other plastics are unsafe.

What is the max size for engraving?

Depending on the engraving method, it can range from a 4” Square, all the way up to 18”X108”. For tumblers, cups, etc, it can have a max diameter of 14”.

I want to send over my own art. How do I do that?

All art can be emailed over to Shawn@lasercraftcreation.com. We accept .JPEG, .PNG, .SVG, .PDF, and .AI file formats. Please note that we are not responsible for any licensing issues for copyrighted or trademarked images.

I used the contact form, but haven’t heard back. What gives?

We strive to always respond in a timely manner. If you haven’t heard back within the same business day, please check your spam folder. If you still have not received a response, or need an answer sooner, please email Shawn@lasercraftcreation.com.

PRICING

Laser Engraving/Cutting Service

Pricing is based on Processing Minute — the actual time the laser is working.

  • Rate: $1.50 per processing minute, rounded up to the next 30 seconds.

    • Example: A logo that takes 4 minutes 25 seconds is rounded to 4 minutes 30 seconds → 4.5 minutes × $1.50 = $6.75 per tumbler.

  • Promotional Products businesses: special pricing available with a valid ASI, PPAI, or SAGE number.

  • No setup fee: our streamlined setup process means we don’t charge setup fees or for small changes (Variable Data) such as names.

  • Consumable processing fees: some jobs require consumable materials (e.g., black engraving glass or certain metals). When consumables are required, a special processing fee will apply.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping will be charged at cost plus 10%.

ON-SITE ENGRAVING

  • Pricing is based on an hourly rate of $350 per hour.

  • An additional charge applies for materials.

    • All materials purchased for your event are non-refundable; unused materials will not be returned or refunded.

    • Because materials are non-refundable, accurate counts of guests or booth visitors are required at the time of booking.

    • LaserCraft Creations is not responsible for shortages if more materials are required than originally estimated.

    • If you prefer, special arrangements can be made where visitors pay for materials directly, or where you provide the materials yourself. Please notify us in advance to arrange either option.

      • Lasercraft Creations reserves to right to refuse materials based on safety of personnel, visitors, or equipment. Materials that yield questionable quality engraving will have full disclosure and will be used at the discretion of the client.

  • Travel time: round-trip travel time exceeding one hour will be added to the invoice at the hourly rate.
